Lurdes Gramaxo joined Bynd as partner after a 20+ years career in management positions in a multinational family owned group, based in The Netherlands, after which she joined Bynd VC, as partner and executive board member. Lurdes is based in Porto and very active in the early stage ecosystem in the northern region. Academic background in Psychology and Management.

Francisco joined Bynd Executive Team in 2014 after his MBA and a career in Business Consulting. As a Partner and Executive Director of Bynd, he has been directly involved in the set-up of the two VC funds. Francisco holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Industrial Management.

Tomás joined Bynd investment team in 2016 right after completing his MSc in Management at NovaSBE. Since then he has been involved in the initial screening of +5.000 projects and +35 new investments. He is a fluent Portuguese, English and Spanish speaker.

Justin joined Bynd in 2022 to lead its blockchain vertical, after being a successful entrepreneur in Web3 with two exits. Justin holds a Master's Degree in International Business Administration.

Martinho joined Bynd investment team in 2022 after completing his MSc in Finance at Nova SBE. Having founded one retail company and interned at Semapa VC and Novo Banco, Martinho has experience in the banking and retail industry
